The Sudan Small Arms Survey reports on information that Kony was alive and well and holding meetings as recently as December 2014. Even concerning is that the LRA appears to be alive and well too, albeit smaller, and less well-funded. A number of LRA units have been seen crossing into the DRC, raising the prospect of fresh attacks in the northeast.
